4th: Warren County Fright Nights present: Small Town Throwdown! A charity cornhole tournament to benefit Joe Tremblay, a veteran in need of a kidney transplant. This event will be at the Warren Mall. Registration will be from 10am until 11am. The cost is $20 for doubles and $10 for singles. Helphopelive for Allen McGary spaghetti dinner from 4pm-7pm. This event will benefit the Mid- Atlantic Multi-Visceral Transplant Fund. There will be dinner, a donation box, a bake sale, basket raffle and a quilt raffle. Cost is &8 a plate and includes spaghetti, salad, and a roll or bread. To go dinners are available for pick up. Cost is $400 per person. For more information, click here 7th: Open read at Authors Books & Music from 6-8pm. 9th: The Warren County Visitors Bureau will be holding a board meeting that is open to the public at 6pm. 10th: 2017 National Archery in the Schools Program State Tournament is set to be held in State College. This art show will feature acrylic paintings that colorfully express an appreciation for the simple, clear moments in life. 11th: Russell Volunteer Fire Department Spring Dinner Dance featuring music by Crossfire. Dinner will be served 6pm-8pm and music will be from 8pm-midnight. There will be pull tabs and raffles. Tickets are $25 each. Doors open at 5:30pm. 11th: Kinzua Bridge State Park Program “Invasive Plants and Their Impact on Birds and Bird Habitat” at 1pm. This program is open to the public in the Visitor Center Classroom. Doors open at 4pm and bingo begins at 4:30pm. Regular games will be at 6pm. There will be pull tabs and the cost is $25 for up to 4 books. 14th: Warren County Historical Society Annual Meeting at the Warren County Courthouse Main Courtroom at 6pm. This meeting will be followed by a special presentation by the Conewango Creek Watershed Association at 6:30. This event is free and open to the public. This is an 8 session course. This course is for aged 13 and up. Price is $117 for members and $130 for non members. For more info or to sign up, click here 27th-28th: The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners will hold its second quarterly meeting of 2017 at the Game Commission’s Harrisburg headquarters. Doors will open at 7:45 a.m. each day, with the meetings being called to order at 8:30 am. March 27th,  individuals interested in offering public testimony – limited to five minutes – may register on a first-come, first-to-speak basis. PowerPoint presentations are not permitted during the public-comment period. Following the close of the public-comment period, the commissioners will hear reports from staff, including staff recommendations on antlerless deer license and elk license allocations. March 28th, the board will take up its prepared agenda to give final approval to hunting and trapping seasons and bag limits for 2017-18, and allocate 2017-18 antlerless deer licenses and elk licenses.
