1st: ANF and the Nature Conservancy are collaborating to hold a free Hemlock Woolly Adelgid workshop to train volunteers on how to identify and report hemlock woolly adelgid infestations. The session will be from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Allegheny National Forest Supervisor’s Office; 4 Farm Colony Dr: Warren PA 4th: Warren Wine Walk 6pm-9pm. Tickets per individual are $25 or $40 for a pair. Many downtown businesses will be participating with wine, cheese, art, or other various beverages/snacks. You must be 21+ to attend. No children are allowed. 5th: Yankee Bush Productions’ presents: Tribute to Eric Clapton by Evolution at 8pm in the Warren Library Theatre. Clapton hits will be played such as: White Room, Layla, All Your Love, I Shot the Sheriff,  After Midnight & more! Single admission tickets will be $20 each. Doors open at 6pm and the party will begin at 7pm. 5th: Turkey Party at Sheffield Fire Department. Admission is free. Doors open at 6:15pm and raffles begin at 7pm. Refreshments will be available. 8th: Elk Township Historical Society is hosting an open house with patriotic, military and election memorabilia on display. There will be a bake sale as well. 10am-7pm 10th: Artists will introduce their works of photography in the Weeks Gallery at Jamestown Community College from 6-8pm. The reception will have wine, hors d’oeuvres, and other refreshments that will follow. 12th: Turkey Party at the Lander Volunteer Fire Department. Doors open at 6pm and tickets will begin to be sold at 7pm. There is no charge. Food and drinks are free. Most tickets will be 50 cents or $1 for a couple 12th: Turkey Party at the Pleasant Volunteer Fire Department. Doors open at 6pm and games start at 7pm. Admission is free. All tickets are $2 and you must be 18 to attend. 12th: Holiday & Craft Show at the Russell Volunteer Fire Department from 10am-3pm. The Silent Auction of items from all vendors will be drawn at 3pm. Chances will be $0.50 or 3 for $1.00. Lunch will be available from the Ladies’ Auxiliary. Admissions is free. 12th: What’s New for the Holidays craft show event at Woman’s Club 9-4pm 12th: Youngsville Eagle Instrumental Boosters will be hosting their Annual Turkey Party & Gun Raffle at the Youngsville Volunteer Fire Hall. Doors will open at 6pm and the wheel will start spinning at 7pm. Gun raffle tickets will be 1 for $5 or 3 for $10. This event is for ages 21+. 12th-13th: Help Huey Heal 7am-7pm at the Warren County Shrine Tassel Club. This event is a sausage and bacon fundraiser for Matt Huey after his fall on September 16th. Pick up orders are available. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast will be available. Sausage and bacon will be $4 per pound. This event is adults only. 19th: Last day to place an order for a Hog Wild BBQ turkey. Orders can be picked up between November 22nd and December 23rd. Hog Wild BBQ sells out of these turkey every year, so order soon. 19th: Tap War between Southern Tier Brewery and Straub Brewery at the Draft House. Company Townes will be entertaining. 9pm-1am 19th: Winter Wonderland Craft Show at the Youngsville Fire Hall from 10am-4pm. Admission is free. There will be free admission, free refreshments, door prizes, and food. This event is an adult, non-smoking turkey party. For advanced tickets see any exchange member or call 814-726-0852. 19th: Chilifest for Veterans at Liberty’s Way Church of Christ. Doors open at 3pm. The fee will be a $10 donation per person (kids under 12 free). For contenders the Chili entrance fee will be a $15 donation ($5 late fee). Please register by November 15th by phone and arrive 1 hour early. Each participant is required to bring two large crocks of chili, an extension cord, and a written chili description. This event is sponsored by Hampton Inn employees. There will be crafters, vendors, bake sales, and drawings! 25th-26th: Warren Cycle Shop, Jamestown Cycle Shop, and Team Jock Shop will be having a Black Friday/ Small Business Saturday weekend sale. You can save anywhere from $10 to $40, but you must have a coupon that you can pick up from the Warren County Visitors Bureau or the Warren Cycle Shop. Open to members and guests ONLY 26th: Get ready for Small Business Saturday, one of the busiest shopping days of the year, right between Black Friday and Cyber Monday! This is the day your small and local business' will flourish. This event will begin at noon and last until they run out. You can eat in or take out. There will also be a toy collection box for toys to help the Marine Corps league in Warren. 28th: Hunters Breakfast at Mothers Family Restaurant. All proceeds go to Liberty’s Way Church of Christ. The all you can eat buffet is $8, and to go is $6. 4am-9am 28th-29th: Hunters that bring a deer to Timberdoodle Flats Check Station of the Kinzua Quality Deer Cooperative during the 2016 firearms deer season will receive a raffle ticket for a new deer rifle. Deer should be harvested within or near the KQDC. Hours of operation for the station will be 10am-6pm 28th- December 10th: Pennsylvania’s 12- day firearms deer season. There will also be a Game Commission Buck Harvest Photo contest for Hunters who take Pennsylvania bucks during the 2016 firearms season. Photos of bucks taken during Pennsylvania’s 2016 archery season are also eligible for submission. Photos should be emailed to pgc-contest@pa.gov 30th: Warren County League of Women Voters will be hosting a “Coffee and Conversation” program at 4pm in the Hawk Room of the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center, 2nd Avenue, Warren, PA. The topic of conversation will be Gift Giving & Giving Thanks in Our Community featuring guests John Lasher of Community Foundation of Warren County, Terry Pearson of Hooktown Holidays, and Jim Goodling of United Fund of Warren County.
