Fishing
The Allegheny National Forest is known for great fishing with several reservoirs and over 500 miles of streams, many of which are stocked annually. Smallmouth bass, muskellunge, walleye, northern pike, yellow perch, catfish, white bass, crappie, and trout can be found here.
The 68-acre lake at Chapman State Park has brook and brown trout, largemouth bass, bluegill, sunfish, yellow perch, and sucker. When seasonally appropriate, ice fishing is popular here.

Whispering Winds Campground's pool is available at no additional charge to campers, 7 days a week. The pool is open to the public 12-8PM, Mondays-Thursdays. Cost for non-campers is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, $3 for children (3-17), and children under 3 are free.
