Scenic Overlooks
Located atop a steep and high cliff, visitors delight in the view of the Allegheny Reservoir. Large rock formations are scattered liberally throughout the area. Biking trail are located throughout the area, so be sure to check both ways before crossing the trails.
When you arrive at the parking area. you will see paths to two different overlooks. One offers a view of several islands on the Allegheny River, the River Valley Farms and forested Allegheny. The other view overlooks the town of Tidioute. The walk to the overlooks is short and spectacular!

A series of wooden steps lead to a viewing area atop a large rock face overlooking the Kinzua arm of the Allegheny Reservoir. This area is spectacular for fall foliage viewing. Located 15 miles east of the city of Warren on Forest Road 454, 2 miles from the junction of State Route 59.
Kinzua Point is strategically and conveniently placed on Route 59 near the Kinzua Dam and gives stunning panoramic views of the Allegheny Reservoir. The Kinzua Point Information Center is staffed seasonally and stocked with brochures, maps, and tourist information. A must see!
Once the highest and longest railroad bridge in the world, the Kinzua Bridge was destroyed by a tornado in 2003. The remaining trestle is not the world-renowned Kinzua Sky Walk with trails, glass floor, and museum on site. It is located just outside Warren County in neighboring McKean County.
Minister Creek trail is long and for the sure-footed hiker. The overlook is at the end of the trail or at the beginning, depending on which was you go in the loop. The stunning view spans far and wide.
This parked, tucked away off of Liberty Street Extension, overlooks the City of Warren and beyond. A perfect place to sit on a bench and relax.
