11th: The Struthers Library Theatre is playing Sully at 7:30. Tickets are $7.50 and $6.00 for children under 12. 11th: 10am UPMC free seminar at the Warren Hampton Inn & Suites 12th: The Warren County Visitors Bureau will be holding a board meeting that is open to the public 14th-15th: Darin Freeborough Memorial Outdoor Show at the Warren Mall. There will be a $50 vending fee. On site rental of tables and chairs will not be offered. 20th-22nd: Winterfest at Chapman State Park. For a list of all events, click here 23rd: 10am free UPMC seminar at the Warren Hampton Inn & Suites 23rd: Soup Recipe Contest held by the Warren Public Library in celebration of National Soup Month. Please call  the Warren Public Library at 723-4650 no later than January 11th to pre-register for this event and let them know how many soups you will be entering. Judging will be between 10 and 11:30am. The public is invited to taste the winning recipes between 11am and 1:30pm. For more information, click here 26th: Allegheny Outdoor Club’s first quarterly planning meeting at 1588 Townline Road, Russell. The meeting will begin with a dish to pass dinner at 5pm, with the meeting to follow at 5:30pm. Tickets are $10 and take outs are available 28th: Tenth Annual Midwinter Library Benefit from 7-10pm at the Warren Public Library.
